Many thanks to Friends of St Mary's PTA for the wonderful Friday treat, a lovely reward after a hard week's work!
There was great excitement around the school this week as ten of our fantastic KS1 pupils had their poems published in the Young Writers 'Poetry Safari' 2021 book.
In KS2 four of our brilliant poets also had their poems published in the Young Writers 'Peculiar Pets' 2021 Amazing Rhymes book.
For the children to have their poems published out of all the entries from across the UK is a truly wonderful achievement.
Well done boys and girls, we are very proud of you.
