Thinking about other children less fortunate, we had our Annual Easter Bonnet Day, where pupils made an Easter Bonnet and donated £1 towards Trocaire.

Thank you to all our parents and children who put in so much effort on the beautiful Easter Bonnets.

In Shakespeare week we learned a lot about the famous playwright.

We also learned how to make a film using the Green Screen App. We will be adding more of these in the coming weeks. Watch out!

St Patrick's Day.

We have been learning about St Patrick this week. Our celebration of his big day reminds us that:

Our Class Assembly.

Thank you to all the parents and family members who came to see our class assembly.

The children gave a great performance, sang at the top of their voices and said their lines with confidence and clarity.

We have uploaded videos of the assembly for those parents who were unable to make it as a thank you for the work you put in with your children in preparation for the day.

World Book Day

Didn't we learn a lot!

We celebrated World Maths Day with a day filled with Maths activities which included reading numbers on the computer, counting the number of lollipop sticks, making patterns and finding possibilities.

Snowflake and P1/2 Christmas Party

We have had lots of fun in P1/2 with Snowflake. He got up to lots of mischief and we had fun finding him every morning. He has said goodbye to us all today and we gave  him a little hug. Before he left he gave us milk, marshmallows and chocolate powder to have a little hot chocolate with our Christmas Party. Merry Christmas from all in P1/2. Have a safe holiday and we shall see you again in 2018.
