• Sleeping Beauty - Waterfront Hall 13th December

  Last week the whole school headed for the Waterfront Hall in Belfast to see Sleeping Beauty in Pantomime. It was a brilliant show with lots of fun characters and plenty of audience participation. The boys and girls laughed and cheered throughout and everyone agreed it was the perfect way to celebrate after all the hard work involved in preparing for our own Christmas Plays.

• Dept. of Education’s Advice Leaflet on the Post-Primary Transfer Process for Parents of P6 Children.

  As has been the practice over the last number of years, the Department has produced an advice leaflet on the post-primary transfer process for parents of children in P6.

   

  The purpose of this leaflet is to ensure that parents receive timely information about the range of issues they need to take into account when making important decisions about the next stage in their child’s education.

   

  All primary schools will receive copies of the leaflet in January. If you wish to familiarise yourself with the leaflet in the meantime I have attached the link below to the department's website.

  • First Confession - Wednesday 21st March @11am
  • Confirmation- Tuesday 17th April @ 11am

• *******SCHOOL CLOSURE********

  Due to the adverse weather conditions and exceptionally heavy snowfall & ice we have made the decision to close the school today after conducting a Health & Safety Risk Assessment. Conditions in the area are bleak and the forecast for the remainder of the day is equally poor.

   

  Further details with regards to the KS2 dress rehearsal for the Christmas Play scheduled for today will follow over the weekend, but at the minute the intention is to have the dress rehearsal on Monday.

• Admissions for September 2018

  We are receiving applications for admission to Primary One  for September 2018.  Applications are available to download under the PARENTS Tab on the website or from the school office.  If you wish to discuss your child's application please feel free to call school and make an appointment to meet with the principal.  Closing date for receipt of applications is 12 noon Wednesday 10th January 2018.
