Sacrament of Reconciliation
Congratulations to all the boys and girls in Primary 3 who made their First Confession this morning in the beautiful sunshine in Dunsford. It was a lovely ceremony and the children were amazing.
They have worked so hard over the past number of weeks in challenging circumstances and this was apparent in their responses throughout the service, in their readings and in their knowledge of the Sacrament.
Many thanks to everyone who made this day possible, including class teachers Mrs Howland & Miss O’Hanlon, Fr McCloskey for a very special service, Mrs Mullan and Mrs McGrath for our music, Mrs McMullan and Miss Ross for displaying the children's work so beautifully and Sean McAlea for helping prepare the chapel for the service.
I would also like to thank our parents who have been so supportive and patient over the last number of months. We hope you all enjoyed this morning and have a fantastic day celebrating with your family and friends.
Well done boys and girls the whole school is so proud you.
