Primary 6 and Primary 7 have enjoyed a fantastic first day on their residential trip to the YMCA in Newcastle. The children threw themselves into a brilliant range of activities, including mountain walking, bouldering, rock climbing and zip lining. The sunshine has been on our side, and the smiles have been nonstop.
This evening, we rounded things off with a visit to the amusements and a stop at the local sweet shops.
All the staff are keeping their fingers crossed that today’s adventures have tired everyone out and that the children will drift off to sleep nice and early! 😄
