Anti-Bullying Week in St Mary’s
This week, as part of Anti-Bullying Week, our children have taken part in a range of activities focused on this year’s theme: “Power for Good.”
The theme encourages everyone to take positive action to counter the harm and hurt that bullying causes. Each class has been busy creating posters, exploring stories, and working through scenarios on how to respond to bullying and support others.
To conclude the week, we held a special whole-school Anti-Bullying Assembly today, reminding children how to reach out and ask for help when needed. In addition, our School Council organised an Anti-Bullying Colouring Competition, judged the entries, and selected winners from each class.
