Congratulations to all the boys and girls in Primary 3 who made their First Confession this morning in St Mary’s Church, Dunsford. It was a truly beautiful service, and the children were wonderful throughout.
Their hard work over the past number of weeks was evident in everything they did today—from their thoughtful responses and clear readings to their impressive understanding of the Sacrament.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported the children in preparing for this special day: to their class teacher, Mrs Howland; to Fr McCloskey for a very special and memorable service; to Mrs McGrath for leading our school choir and to our P3/P4 classroom assistant, Mrs McMullan for presenting the children’s work so beautifully.
We hope you all enjoyed this morning’s celebration and have a lovely day marking the occasion with your families and friends.
