A fantastic morning of Gaelic yesterday as our Primary 6 and 7 boys took part in the FunFit East Down Gaelic Tournament.
The boys played matches against St Brigid’s, St Mary’s Aughlisnafin, St Mary’s Dechomet, and Sacred Heart, Dundrum, showcasing excellent skill and teamwork throughout. There was some super fielding, strong tackling, and impressive scoring on display.
Despite challenging weather conditions, the players’ determination and teamwork never wavered. Winning all four games, the team topped their group and have qualified for the Cup quarter-finals, which will take place in the coming weeks.
