Many thanks to Emma from Aware NI who visited St Mary's today to deliver the 'My Mind & Me' workshop to pupils from Primary 5 & Primary 6.
Aware NI are the Depression Charity for the North and deliver mental health and well-being programmes to schools and today the children learned about the 5 steps to well-being; Be active, connect, take notice, keep learning and give.
Emma also discussed with the children about how to look after our mental health and using our support network.
